The new railway complex in the logistics platform of Zaragoza PLAZA is located in a land of 3,450 m. long and 400 m. wide.

Three platforms have been implemented on an embankment where the rail terminals and other facilities lie.

It has a central platform on which both tracks are located and there are bundles for loading/unloading, reception track/dispatch/management and parking facilities, as well as the facilities that service them (roads, cargo terminal building and beach for loading/unloading). There are two side platforms, one in the south, where the maintenance workshop facilities are, as well as the comprehensive railway and road routes tracks; and one in the northwest of the property on which a lane and part of a rail road stand.

The total length of the tracks is 34 km. 16 tracks are electrified; there are 750 meters in length used for receiving freight trains. There are also 6 loading/unloading tracks, and 5 of those are non-electrified. About 50,000 sleepers have been used for the tracks. We also constructed 8 km of auxiliary roads.

We have also built a beach (for loading and unloading) of 37,000 m², on a gantry of 10,500 m of underground piles and on top of it there is a carrier crane for 40-ton containers.

Finally, we have built 65 km of surface water drainage that will disgorge into an 8 km of transverse collectors and a 3-km-long main sewer built 14 m deep.
